Pagination and search appear to interact incorrectly on the cluster page. Repro: 1. Go to the cluster page. 2. Flip through a few pages. 3. Search for a cluster. 4. No clusters are displayed even though matching clusters exist. 5. Pagination can show an invalid state like "page 4 of 2". 6. Searching for `post` can also result in no pages and no clusters being displayed.
